For the Teacher: Personalized Coaching and Support

Why Coaching

There is a worldwide teacher shortage, with an estimated 44 million additional teachers needed by 2030 to achieve universal primary and secondary education.

At the same time, the profession is experiencing a serious retention crisis—over 35% of teachers leave within their first five years.

We believe it's time for a different approach. That’s why we’re committed to supporting teachers through personalized coaching and practical, timely help—when you need it most.

Coaching Service 1: Getting That Lesson Right

Sometimes, teachers just need someone external to talk to and help plan a specific lesson—whether it's for an observation or your own professional growth.

As part of this coaching service, we offer the following steps:

  1. Introductory Call
We schedule a 15-minute call where you tell us about the lesson you want to teach.

  2. Lesson Plan Support
We take your existing lesson plan and develop practical, tailored ideas to help you teach it more effectively.

  3. Feedback & Resources
We follow up with a 15-minute feedback session to share our suggestions, and then email you an idea sheet to help you confidently plan and deliver your perfect lesson.

Standard Pricing 25 Pounds (GBP)

Coaching Service 2: Planning Help!

World Wide teachers on average spend around 7 hours a week planning lessons. This time consuming process is essential so teachers have thorough understanding of the material, student needs, and desired learning outcomes. Talking through your planning with an expert can set up for an excellent week in school.

As part of this coaching service, we offer the following steps:

  1. Send us Your Draft Planning
Send us your draft planning with and specific notes of questions you may have. We will read it though and develop practical lesson ideas and suggestions.

  2. 30 Min Planning Call Lesson

We will then set up a 30 min where we can talk you through and support you with questions and hopefully give you lots of practical ideas that will help you as you finalize planning and prepare for your week.

Standard Pricing 25 Pounds (GBP)
